Project Characteristics

  • Modernization project for local women's college

  • Addition of technology, new serving area and stations to replace failing and out-of-date equipment. 

  • New meeting room and new finishes 

  • Vibrant accent lighting as well as new ceiling height variations create both open and cozy spaces for students to gather 

  • Cherry flooring, wood ceilings and engraved seating incorporate the desired traditional collegiate feel to the modern design intent

  • Building-wide code and signage study

  • 3D modeling and sketching for design studies

  • Created renderings for marketing and design phase approvals

  • Documentation, detailing, and research

  • Material and color selection

  • Construction administration (both field and office), bidding, and shop drawing review

  • Project closeout
