Project Characteristics

  • Renovation of student center to bring new life into abandoned basement space

  • Created various collaboration areas and study rooms

  • Combined multiple programs for student support into one convenient and open space for easy access and visibility. 

  • Conferred with multiple constituency groups to strike the perfect balance between a completely open floor plan and privacy for offices and administrators.

Responsibilities 

3D modeling and sketching for design studies - including room separation styles, finishes, level changes, and graphics. 

Large amount of research in preparation for meetings with constituency groups. 

Construction administration (both field and office), bidding, and shop drawing review.

Project closeout and punch list completion.
